Promoter

The Promoter of this promotion is Prezzee Canada Corporation of 320 Glenayr Road Toronto ON M5P 3C5 (Promoter).

By participating in the promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Terms of Service and Terms of Sale available at https://prezzee.ca/en-ca/legal-pages/terms-of-sale.

The Terms of Service, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy apply to this promotion and are incorporated by reference. In the event of any inconsistency, these promotional terms shall prevail only to the extent required for administration of the promotion.

You must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.

The Promotion

• The promotion will commence at 9:00am EST on Wednesday November 22, 2025 and finish at 00:00am EST on Tuesday June 30, 2026.
  
  
• The promotion is open to Canadian residents over the age of 18 years who have a valid email address and are not otherwise Prezzee Business customers during the Promotion Period (Eligible Customer).
  
  
• Receive a unique CAD$10 off discount promotional code (Promotion Code) to be used when purchasing a Prezzee Smart eGift Card to the value of CAD$50 or more (Eligible Purchase). The Promotion Code can only be redeemed during the Promotion Period and must be entered where indicated during the checkout process via the Prezzee website.
  
  
• The promotion is limited to one Promotion Code per Eligible Customer. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the orders if it determines (in its sole discretion) that a single customer has used the Promotion Code for multiple purchases.
  
  
• Eligibility for this Promotion is solely within the discretion of the Promoter. Each customer can only use the Promotion Code once. Customers must not use aliases, multiple accounts, or multiple people using the same payment method, or any other activities to circumvent the terms.
  
  

Receiving & Redeeming the Offer

9. Eligible Customers will, within 14 days of registering for an account with the Promoter, receive a promotion code which allows them to redeem the Offer on the Prezzee mobile app.
   
   
10. The promotion code will be emailed to the email address associated with the Eligible Customer’s Prezzee account.
    
    
11. The promotion code for the Offer is only valid for 28 days from the date of issue. Once the promotion code has expired, the Offer cannot be redeemed.
    
    

Other terms and conditions

12. Only one entry per person is permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify customers who it reasonably suspects has entered the Promotion multiple times.
    
    
13. By entering this promotion, you consent to sharing your email address with the Promoter for the purposes of this Promotion.
    
    
14. It is the responsibility of each customer to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details.
    
    
15. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
    
    a. Vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any registrants or other person;
    
    b. At any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the promotion of all registrants. The Promoter may disqualify registrants who provide false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.
    
    c. To refuse registrants which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these terms and conditions, or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations;
    
    d. To disqualify registrants who have breached the terms and conditions, have engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise undermine the fairness of the promotion.
    
    
16. The Promoter shall have no liability for a customer’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk-email, or other security settings, for a customer’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
    
    
17. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to system breakdown, tampering, unauthorised intervention, or no entry, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to applicable legislations.
    
    
18. If the code is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the code with another code of equal value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.
    
    
19. A customer’s use of Offer is entirely at their own risk. The customers release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Offer and the customer’s participation in the Promotion.
    
    
20. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of each brand and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
    
    

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Canada and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
